Quick verdict
Tradier Futures is an interesting futures broker for traders who want access to US futures, a TradingView connection, lower intraday margin and a more modern platform experience than many older futures brokers offer.
We tested Tradier over an extended period in spring 2026. Our first impression was positive. The account setup felt modern, the TradingView connection was interesting, and Tradier clearly wants to make futures more accessible to active retail traders.
Even so, Tradier ends up at 7.5 out of 10 with us. Support suddenly stopped responding during the test period, the pricing picture became less attractive once we factored in the subscription, clearing/routing, market data and connectivity costs, and the overall experience didn't feel as solid as with the best futures brokers we've tested.
What is Tradier Futures?
Tradier is a US fintech and brokerage firm offering stocks, options, API solutions and futures. For futures, it's important to distinguish between Tradier Brokerage and Tradier Futures.
Tradier Brokerage offers securities and is a member of FINRA/SIPC, while commodity interest products, including futures and forex, are offered through Tradier Futures, which is a DBA of Lazzara Consulting Inc. and a member of NFA/CFTC.
This distinction matters for European traders. Tradier states that stock/options accounts and futures accounts are separate, and that futures are offered through Tradier Futures.
Tradier Futures provides access to futures trading via its own platforms and third-party platforms. Tradier states support for Tradier Pro Futures, Tradier Web Futures, mobile apps, TradingView and other CQG-connected platforms, among others.
Regulation and safety
The futures business behind Tradier Futures is legally operated by Lazzara Consulting Inc., registered with the NFA (National Futures Association) as an Introducing Broker, NFA ID 0364262. Tradier Futures is therefore not a clearinghouse itself — your account is introduced to a clearing firm (Tradier states this is Dorman Trading).
Your funds don't sit with Tradier, but segregated with the clearing firm, under CFTC customer-fund segregation rules. Futures accounts at Tradier aren't covered by SIPC or an equivalent full-repayment guarantee — this applies to US futures generally, not something specific to Tradier. (Tradier's separate stocks and options business is a different, FINRA-regulated company and is covered by SIPC on that side.)
Customer funds are still protected under US segregation rules, and futures customers get priority claim to those funds if the clearing firm were to fail. There's no guarantee of full repayment if a shortfall occurred in the pooled customer funds. Since your money sits with the clearing firm rather than Tradier itself, which specific clearing firm your account is with is also worth knowing.
Our score: 7.5 out of 10
Tradier earns a decent score because the product has several good sides. The platform lineup is modern, the TradingView integration is relevant, and the margins can be attractive for active traders.
But a score of 7.5 also reflects that we wouldn't place Tradier among the top tier for European futures traders. The support failure during our test period is the biggest weakness.
| Category | Score |
|---|---|
| Platform and user experience | 8.0/10 |
| TradingView integration | 8.5/10 |
| Futures range and market access | 8.0/10 |
| Costs and total pricing | 7.0/10 |
| Support | 5.8/10 |
| Suitability for European traders | 7.2/10 |
Support was the deciding drawback
Our first impression was positive. Tradier feels more modern than many traditional futures brokers. The website communicates clearly, the TradingView connection is relevant, and the platform setup seems built for active retail traders.
But through the test period we also ran into weaknesses. The most important was support. At first, follow-up seemed to work, but support eventually stopped responding. For a futures broker, that's a serious issue.
Support is part of risk management. If you have questions about margin, platform access, orders, market data, your account, funding or technical problems, you need to be able to trust that someone will respond.
Tradier Futures pros
Pros
- The TradingView integration is attractive — many European traders already use TradingView for analysis, alerts and market overview.
- Multiple platform choices — Tradier states support for Tradier Pro Futures, Tradier Web Futures, mobile apps, TradingView and CQG-connected platforms.
- Low intraday margins on some contracts — the margin schedule shows low daytrade margins on MES and MNQ, among others.
- A modern retail concept — Tradier seems built for traders who want flexibility, an API, TradingView and a lower barrier to futures.
Cons
- Support wasn't good enough — after a period of contact, support suddenly stopped responding in our test.
- The pricing picture is less simple than it looks — subscription, clearing/routing, market data and connectivity fees all need to be factored in.
- Separate account structures — futures accounts and stock/options accounts are handled separately.
- Not as reassuring an overall experience — the total package didn't feel as solid as with higher-ranked futures brokers.
How does Tradier work with TradingView?
The most interesting thing about Tradier Futures is the TradingView connection. Many European traders already use TradingView for analysis, levels, alerts and market overview. Tradier markets the ability to place, manage and close futures trades directly from TradingView charts.
This is a genuine plus. For many traders, TradingView is already their main tool. If execution can be connected directly, the user experience becomes more seamless.
What does it cost to trade futures at Tradier?
Tradier has three main plans: Lite, Pro and Pro Plus. Lite costs $0 per month, Pro costs $10 per month, and Pro Plus costs $35 per month.
| Plan | Micros | Standard futures | Comment |
|---|---|---|---|
| Lite | $0.75 | $1.50 | No monthly fee, but a higher per-contract price. |
| Pro | $0.35 | $0.75 | $10/month and lower futures pricing. |
| Pro Plus | $0.25 | $0.50 | $35/month and the lowest stated futures pricing. |
This looks good at first glance, but you need to read the fine print. Tradier adds that an NFA, exchange, regulatory and clearing/routing fee of $0.35 per contract applies on top. Accounts connected via CQG carry a $10 monthly connectivity fee, while Rithmic carries a $25 monthly connectivity fee.
Any market data comes on top of that. Tradier states the CME Bundle at $11 per month for top-of-book and $43 per month for depth-of-market.
What are Tradier's margin requirements?
Tradier explains the difference between initial margin and daytrade margin. Initial margin is the requirement for holding a contract past the daily close, while daytrade margin is the requirement Tradier Futures sets for intraday positions.
Tradier also states that daytrade margins apply while the market is open, except for the last five minutes of each trading session, during which traders must flatten positions or meet the exchange's initial margin.
| Contract | Initial margin | Daytrade margin | Comment |
|---|---|---|---|
| MES | $2,382.60 | $150 | Micro E-mini S&P 500. |
| MNQ | $3,451.80 | $200 | Micro E-mini Nasdaq. |
| ES | $23,822.70 | $1,500 | E-mini S&P 500. |
| NQ | $34,516.90 | $2,000 | E-mini Nasdaq 100. |
Low margin can be an advantage, but also a risk. A trader can open larger positions than the account can really handle. Risk should always be calculated from stop-loss, contract size and a maximum loss limit.
Who is Tradier Futures a good fit for?
Good fit for
- Traders who actively use TradingView
- Traders who want to trade futures directly from a chart
- Active retail traders who want lower daytrade margins
- Traders who like API and platform flexibility
- Experienced traders trading micro futures who can manage with minimal support
Less of a fit for
- Complete beginners in futures
- Traders who need close support
- Traders who want the safest possible overall experience
- Traders who want the lowest possible total cost without complexity
- Traders who mainly want a Scandinavian or European provider
Can traders across Europe use Tradier?
For European traders, Tradier is most interesting if you already know what you're doing. This isn't necessarily the most natural first futures broker for a new European trader.
If you're experienced, use TradingView, trade MES/MNQ or ES/NQ around the US open, and don't need much hand-holding, Tradier can be worth considering.
But if you're new to futures, we think support and educational follow-up matter a great deal. That's where Tradier came up short in our test.
How does Tradier compare with other futures brokers?
Compared with the best brokers we've tested, Tradier sits in the middle of the pack. Tradier is more modern and TradingView-friendly than several traditional futures brokers, but the best futures brokers deliver better on support, total pricing, consistent follow-up, and the feel of a dedicated futures environment.

Interesting for TradingView users, but support and total pricing pull the score down.
Our verdict
Tradier Futures is an interesting option, but with clear caveats. The positives are the TradingView integration, flexible platform choice, lower daytrade margins and a modern feel.
The negative is that our support experience was too weak. In futures, support is critical. When it suddenly stops working, the broker loses a lot of trust.
The pricing picture also pulls the score down — not necessarily because Tradier is expensive in every case, but because the total cost can end up higher than the first impression suggests once you add the subscription, clearing/routing, market data and connectivity fees.
Tradier is most interesting for experienced TradingView users
For new European futures traders, we think our top 5 brokers still offer a safer overall experience.
Conclusion: interesting, but support needs to improve
Tradier Futures is a broker we'd have liked to rate more highly. The platform concept is good, the TradingView connection is attractive, margins are competitive on some contracts, and the product is clearly aimed at modern futures traders.
But in practice, our test experience was weaker than expected. Once support stopped responding, it became hard to give Tradier a high score. Futures trading requires trust, especially when you're trading with margin, fast-moving markets and real money.
For experienced traders who use TradingView and can manage on their own, Tradier can be an interesting option. For new European futures traders, we'd be more cautious.
Our score: 7.5 out of 10.

FAQ about Tradier Futures
Tradier Futures is the futures side of the Tradier system. Futures are offered through Tradier Futures, while stocks and options are offered through Tradier Brokerage.
We give Tradier Futures 7.5 out of 10.
Tradier loses points because support stopped responding during our test period, and because the total cost can end up higher than the first impression suggests once you add the subscription, clearing/routing, market data and connectivity fees.
Yes, this is one of Tradier's strongest points. Tradier markets futures trading directly from TradingView charts.
Tradier can be competitive, especially with Pro or Pro Plus, but the total cost needs to be calculated carefully. Clearing/routing fees, exchange/regulatory fees, market data and any CQG/Rithmic costs are added on top.
Tradier states futures micros from $0.75 on Lite, $0.35 on Pro and $0.25 on Pro Plus. Standard futures are listed at $1.50 on Lite, $0.75 on Pro and $0.50 on Pro Plus, before other fees.
Yes, Tradier states low day-trade margins on several contracts, including $150 for MES and $200 for MNQ on its margin schedule. Margins can change, and a low margin doesn't mean low risk.
We think Tradier suits traders who already have futures experience better. New traders often need more consistent support and clearer guidance.
Support. During our test in spring 2026, support suddenly stopped responding. That's a serious issue for a futures broker.
Tradier can be relevant for European traders who want US futures and TradingView integration, but you need to check account opening, tax reporting, currency costs and other practical matters yourself before you start.
